International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-Day Return Window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf Balls (for hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Golf Gloves (worn items cannot be resold)
  • Grips & Shafts (custom installed items)
  • Golf Socks must be in unopened packages to be eligible for return

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. Please:

  • Pack items securely in their original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
