Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a perfect putt is to your game.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf Balls (for hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Golf Gloves (worn items cannot be resold)
  • Golf Socks (unopened packages may be returned)
  • Grips & Shafts (custom installed items)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please:

  • Pack items securely in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval via your preferred shipping method.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):

  • All customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping times vary by destination

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement – because your golf game shouldn’t have to wait.
